Originally debuting in 1999, the Nike Air Max Deluxe is back in regularly rotation as the Swoosh is set to add yet another new colorway to their lineup. The latest pair we have to showcase comes highlighted with Black mesh across the upper which also lands on the plastic overlays. Adding some pop of color to the shoe are the Pink hits on the tongue, lining and insoles, as well as the Volt hits noted on the heel trim, insole branding and Air Max bubble. Hits of White are noted on the heel and midsole while the Black rubber outsole completes the look.
While a set release date is not available they are expected to launch at select retailers and online at Nike.com soon. Retail price is set at $180.
Nike was founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports and initially operated as a distributor for the Japanese shoemaker Onitasuka Tiger (now known as Asics). It officially became Nike Inc. in 1971.The Nike swoosh was designed by Portland State University student Carolyn Davidson，The slogan “Just Do It” was inspired by serial killer Gary Gilmore, who said “let’s do it” just before he was executed by a firing squad in 1977.
