On the eve of Halloween, Nike Skateboarding is about to launch a limited edition Dunk Low, called “Night of Mischief.”This Nike SB Dunk Low is full of creative and entertaining design that is perfect for this horror holiday atmosphere.
Whereas the Air Force 1 and Air Max 98 took on bones and cemetery motifs, respectively, the skate-focused silhouette is just slightly more subtle: graphic touch-ups at the profile tell a story of a spider and its web through purple embroidery, sitting next to contrast accents of bright orange and lying atop a backdrop of matte black suedes. The warm tone sees use at both the swoosh and toe, but the latter goes a bit farther in spirit with perforations taking the shape of a carved Jack-o’-lantern. “Trick” and “Treat” ooze in letter across both heel tabs individually, insole depict the guts of a pumpkin entirely across, and outsoles exude an almost radioactive green.
