With its 20th anniversary right around the corner, Nike is set to release new styles and colorways in time for holiday season as well as bringing back some of the silhouette’s iconic iterations. Designer Sean McDowell drew the original inspiration for the design from a beautiful Florida sunset, giving the mesh upper a striking ombre effect that fades from a light orange to a vibrant crimson and truly earns the shoe its nickname. Wavy Black synthetic overlays nods to the palm trees with a translucent plastic toe cap atop a White midsole, two-tone midfoot plate and an Orange Air Max sole unit.
Look for the Nike Air Max Plus OG “Sunset” to release on November 24th at select Nike Sportswear retailers like END. The retail price tag is set at $170 USD.
