Nike debuted the Air Max 97 Swarovski “Silver Bullet” back in September 2017 for the silhouettes 20th Anniversary. Today, the Swoosh announces that the jeweled pair will arrive later this month. With overlays constructed of the Austrian crystal company’s proprietary Crystal Fabric — a flexible material that features thousands of densely clustered crystals — the shoe refracts light as it moves, providing a bright shimmering effect. The rest of the style is provided by a gold upper with red branded accents on the tongue and midfoot, and the look is then completed by a gold Air Max cushioning unit.
Look for the Nike Nike Air Max 97 “Gold Swarovski” to release in women’s sizing on December 26th at select Nike Sportswear retailers. The retail price tag is set at $400 USD.
