The Air Jordan 6 will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2021, so the Jumpman has announced that the seminal silhouette will release in its OG “Carmine” colorway as part of the festivities. Releasing on February 13th, 2021 for $200.
The “Carmine” Nike Air Jordan 6 was last retroed in 2014 and was first released in 1991. It was retroed for the first time in 2008 as part of the Countdown Pack. The Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” holds a special, albeit brief, moment in the annals of Air Jordan history. It arrived at a perfect time seen how MJ and Bulls won their first NBA Championship that year.
