If you happen to be at Paris Fashion Week, then you’ve notice plenty of collaborative sneaker debuts, along with first looks to upcoming releases for 2019. Perhaps too futuristic looking at the time, the Foot Tent doesn’t seem as obscure of a design in the current sneaker climate given the various technical and high fashion styles that have become so popular in recent years. The sneaker maintains the shape of the original Air Presto, but the major difference is that the TPU lacing cage has been replaced by a tent-like shroud that sits slightly above the entire upper. A pull chord lacing system also supplants the traditional setup. Unlike the original version, this collab uses the standard Presto midsole.
Currently, CDG HOMME’s Hong Kong store is reporting a January 12th release date, so grab an up close look at both colorways below and stay tuned for Stateside and wider release details as we have them.
