Nike Sportswear is set to launch a brand new pixel-style rendition of their beloved Air Max 720 silhouette. Here is a first look at the Nike Air Max 720 Black Pixel. The pixel-shaped flecks appear in silver over the vast majority of the upper with the exception of the throat/toebox, while the signature abstract overlays trade out their standard plastic-outlined construction for a tightly knit silver mesh surrounded by leather. The tongue also gets in on the alternate stylings, boasting a large silver Air Max logo.
Grab a better look below, and look for this Air Max 720 to release this May 2019 at select retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $180 USD.
Nike was founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports and initially operated as a distributor for the Japanese shoemaker Onitasuka Tiger (now known as Asics).
