Each season, adidas Consortium’s Ultra Boost Project lets the Three Stripes’ most esteemed collaborative partners around the world lend their signature touches to the beloved silhouette. As part of the F/W ’18 Consortium efforts, five accomplices — from Munich’s A Kind Of Guise to Japan’s Engineered Garments — have bestowed their vision upon UB, and the next batter up in Consortium’s collaborative lineup is Brooklyn/Tokyo-based Kinfolk.
Dressed in multiple shades of blue, Kinfolk’s Ultra Boost calls upon a two-tone Primeknit upper for the base, while butter-soft nubuck leather on the mudguard and heel cage lend a premium lifestyle feel to the performance silhouette. Flecked laces and small red accents/Kinfolk branding on the tongue finalize the aesthetic, while cushioning is provided by a standard white Boost midsole.
