Just hours ago, Nike unveiled Kyrie Irving’s newest project: a collab with tennis player Nick Kyrgios on the Nike Vapor X Kyrie 5. With an upper inspired by the Kyrie 5 basketball model and the midsole tech and tooling of the Vapor X tennis shoe, the new sneaker blends the best of both sports, but it’s not all the duo have up their sleeves. Like the Zoom Vapor X, this iteration equips a primarily white color scheme with hits of black added to its tongue and Swoosh, but that eye-catching Hot Lava hue takes shape on its all-seeing eye heel piece and sole unit.
There are no plans for Beaverton to release these special Kyrie 5s, so grab a detailed look here and stay tuned for updates regarding more colors of the Nike Zoom Vapor X “Kyrie 5”.
