Nike Air Max 1 SE Is a Sure Standout With Colorful Gradient Swoosh

Nike is offering Spring-friendly sneaker colorways in the coming months. Adorning Tinker Hatfield’s timeless 1987 creation with large three-dimensional Swooshes that are more jelly than jewel — a graphic first introduced on the PlayStation Air Force 1s in 2018 — they’ve given the masterful Max a splashy modern-day makeover. Starting off with an all-white upper, this Air Max 1 comes constructed out of a ripstop nylon base along with matching leather overlays. The highlight of this colorway are the 3D jewel Swoosh checks placed on the side panels that come in a gradient pattern starting in blue and ending in yellow. The rest of the silhouette is shared in white with its visible Air Max unit and heel branding complementing the aforementioned Swoosh in volt. Lastly, the design is completed with holographic accents placed on the tongue.
This colorway of the Nike Air Max 1 SE will retail for $120 USD and is expected to drop in the coming weeks at select Nike Sportswear carriers and Nike.com.
