A thoughtful homage to their transcendent motif, Nike’s Script Swoosh Pack consists of four special silhouettes, one of which is this bold new React Element 55. With a classic colorway and a design that’s all about the compelling check’s origins, these React-equipped lifestyle kicks offer an attention-grabbing take on the beloved logo, bridging the gap between the Beaverton Brand’s past and present by serving as the newest design in a collection that also consists of classics like the Air Force 1, Air Max 97, and Air Max Plus. Although these 55s do indeed fall in line with the rest of the pack in most fashions, they also differentiate themeselves by being the only style to offer a black base instead of the crisp white that’s utilized by the aforementioned trio. On top of this stark slate sits a medley of habanero red/white trim and accents, with the signature detail arriving via a midfoot logo that lays a red Swoosh outline over a white Nike text hit and graph paper-style lines. The medial side adds an unadorned Swoosh, and the look is completed by a cored-out black React midsole with colorful plugs.
