Virgil Abloh revealed his latest Nike collaboration during Coachella, and now his upcoming Off-White x Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 5 is set to arrive in three women’s color options. Motivated by the unmatched confidence and spirit of track runners who train arduously for the platform, Virgil focused on the individual sport as he was inspired by the aesthetic of runners – so much so that he invited them to walk on his runway for his Spring/Summer 19 show in Paris last Summer.
The three color options includes “Black/Metallic Silver-White-Pink Blast,” “Electric Green/Metallic Silver-Sail,” and “White/Metallic Silver-Sail-Safety Orange.” Each features nylon uppers, hairy suede overlays, large Swooshes on each side panel atop a colorful spiked outsole. Other details includes Bright Orange tab, “SHOELACES” printed on the laces, and the iconic zip tie returning in Green.
The Nike c/o Virgil Abloh “Athlete in Progress” collection releases globally on June 27, so see a detailed look ahead and stay tuned for a full store list.
