We’ve previously exclusively testedthe upcoming collaboration between Ralph Steadman and the Vans Vault, and now it’s getting closer to the launch date. Thanks to the Australian store Up There, we’ve been able to get a sneak peek at some of the prints from Ralph Steadman’s collaboration before the launch.
One of Ralph Steadman’s best-known works is her collaboration with Hunter s. Thompson, one of which is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It is also a film version of “Las Vegas landscape”. Even though he’s in his 80s, Ralph Steadman has steadfastly printed many of his paintings on the Vans classic shoe for this collaboration.
Ralph Steadman’s cult Style painting is now made On each pair of OG slipon-lx, OG sk8-hi LX and OG Style 138 LX. The slip-on shoes in the survey have a bee print On the heel and a black connection in the middle.
Sk8-hi has a low-key black and white background, with zebra-like stripes and zebra-like patterns asymmetrical across the shoe, with zebra-like stripes on the left and a lifelike zebra on the right. Style 138 adds a half-moon wrap to the sk8-hi toe, with a white rubber outsole covered in dark blue canvas and suede for a soft, light-filled whale design.
A pair of shoelace holes are reinforced at the top of the high-top shoe style, and canvas blocks with joint words are sewn on the heel of the insole to enhance the wearing experience. The Ralph Steadman x Vans Vault collaboration will be available at the Vans Vault store soon, but the exact launch date and price have yet to be determined.
