The adidas NMD TS1 Returns With Japanese Type Detailing

These sneakers look very handsome, and the white color makes it look more attractive.

A more technical take on original NMD stylings, the adidas NMD TS1 has been relatively quiet over the past few months, but now it’s returned in an eye-catching new colorway complete with signature Japanese detailing. The three-quarter cut upper is constructed of a lightweight and flexible white Primeknit, interspersed with grey patterns that add contrast and textured detailing.

Although the base is compelling on its own, the accents really push the design over the edge: red and blue taped overlays embellished with both adidas NMD and Japanese character branding appear on the lateral midfoot. Further pops are then provided by a suede heel piece and a toggle lacing system with a blue holder.

The midsole rounds the design off, boasting full-length Boost cushioning with finishing touches provided by factory-style branding on the forefoot brick and thin black diagonal stripes on the heel. This new creation has been popping up at various Foot Locker EU sites over the past few weeks, so stay tuned for further info on a US release, as they’ll surely arrive stateside soon.
