The Next adidas Futurecraft 4D Shoe Is A Stella McCartney Collaboration

The design of this pair of shoes has many unique features, so if you are interested, then consider it.

Designer Stella McCartney is one of the Trefoil Brand’s longest-running partners, and now she’s the latest to put forth a Futurecraft collaboration, joining the ranks of other Three Stripes co-conspirators like Daniel Arsham and Y-3. McCartney’s penchant for elegant, luxurious sportswear stylings is on full display, as she’s taken the Alphaedge 4D, altered both the throat and the tongue, and added a high sock collar that rises well above the rest of the upper for an entirely new look.

The stark black knit upper and sock collar sit above a Futurecraft midsole that, for the first time ever, has forgone its signature “Aero Green” shade in favor of a a soft off-white. McCartney’s name also appears on both the collar and heel to provide branding. Down below, a black Continental rubber outsole with a pebbled traction pattern completes the look. The shoe will release this April on adidas.com, and although price info has not been made available yet, you can expect these to retail for $350-$450 USD if past co-created releases are any indication.
