Nike Skateboarding has teamed up with Elissa Steamer’s Gnarhunters for the first team to collaborate on the SB Blazer Mid. The first collaboration between Nike SB and Elissa Steamer’s Gnarhunters includes a tumbled leather upper and a Swoosh comprised of the skate & surf brand’s “G.” The heel features a typographic interpretation of the Nike name in Gnarhunter-esque lettering.
Elissa Steamer has noted: “The Blazer is what I ride in. I’ve always liked how thin the upper is and how flexible the sole is. The toe is in the right place — there’s nothing hitting my pinky toe weird. It’s also rad to me that the shoe is being offered in unisex sizing.”
