Nike Sportswear is in full swing when it comes to bringing back their Zoom Rookie silhouette. Next up, an upcoming “University Red” iteration. Featuring a black foamposite-like material with red nubuck overlays and mesh accents across its upper, the sneaker is also highlighted with contrasting pops of white for the branded Swoosh logos and insoles. Penny Hardaway’s “1 Cent” logo makes its way back to the tongue in addition to the sneaker’s “Flight” logo which is added to each heel tab. Lastly, a small Nike Swoosh makes its way onto the toebox to finish things off in white.
Look for the Nike Zoom Rookie “University Red” to release on January 4th at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Foot Locker. The retail price tag is set at $210 USD.
