The Undercover x Nike Daybreak Bright Citron Is Releasing Next Week

Jun Takahashi’s Undercover has debuted several upcoming collaborative projects on the runway that will be releasing later this year. Many sneakerheads have been waiting for the arrival of the vibrant Bright Citron pair and today we have a release update to share with you. A speckled, plastic heel piece has been added to the design that gives the pair a more futuristic appearance. The rest of the sneaker maintains its traditional nylon upper with suede overlays. Undercover branding is stamped on the lateral midsole and tongue tag.
According to SNS, the “Bright Citron” Undercover x Nike Daybreak is set to release on July 19th for $160 USD.

Nike was founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports and initially operated as a distributor for the Japanese shoemaker Onitasuka Tiger (now known as Asics). It officially became Nike Inc. in 1971.The Nike swoosh was designed by Portland State University student Carolyn Davidson,The slogan “Just Do It” was inspired by serial killer Gary Gilmore, who said “let’s do it” just before he was executed by a firing squad in 1977.
