Tom Sachs and Nike will link up for a mid-top take on the space-inspired sneakers this fall after releasing the Mars Yard 2.0 last July. His Mars Yard Shoe is a true sneaker grail largely because its astronomical concept is so far-reaching and, at its time, so revelatory.
Now it appears that the kicks will be making a comeback in new and improved form. This new model will ditch its signature maple brown suede for black overlays. Another new detail, seen in the below rendering of what the style is expected to look like, is the addition of an icy sole in place of the previous gum-like rubber.
